The result (the main part anyway).
Ella's hair is certainly not long (yet), but it was getting quite scraggly. I think what tipped me over the edge to do something about it was a question to me "Did she cut her own hair?" Accompanied by a not so pleasant look.
So we did it. (Miles got his cut too and interestingly his took about 3 times as long). It was about his 5th cut.

Oh my gosh, D needs a hair cut SO BAD but I am scared to take her to a salon. Looks like Ella did GREAT!!
What a little doll! She looks like she's totally enjoying her hair cut adventure.
