This one is the blog of the wife of one of the senior pastors at the church we attend. They have a son, a daughter they adopted from China and they are in the process of adopting another daughter from China. This little girl is 8 years old and deemed "unadoptable" because she was burned. Only 4 days until they fly to China to pick up their new daughter!! As a follow up to my doctor visit... she is going to try some allergy medicine with me. She couldn't hear anything in my lungs (??? hard to believe), but my sinuses and the back of my throat are inflamed. She also has records of this complaint dating back 11 months, and two antibiotic treatments. So I will try these meds and see her in a month. On one hand I hope it helps, on the other hand, I don't want to start having to take meds. As a former pharmaceutical researcher, I don't like drugs. Side effects are HARD to side step. Does anyone know of any natural ways to help with allergies, in case that's what it is?

Have you tried something like a Neti pot? You can buy a similar system at Walgreens called a sinus rinse.
I use it when mine are bad.
However, I have a lot of scar tissue in my sinuses, so the only that helps me is daily medicine use, a nasal spray + zyrtec.
