Who me? No, our family room. Here are some photos after the big paint job and getting a few extra things hung and placed in the room. Still could use a few functional and art items, but those can wait until we find the exact right pieces.
As for me, this weather, driving in it, worrying about getting places and missing kids' classes, and having some other things weighing on my mind... I'm not real together right now. But I'm sure things will get better, I have been doing research and taking steps to make some decisions. This is just a rough bump in the road.

Looks good. I was beginning to wonder if you were snowed in permanently. HOpe all is well.
Nice job, pretty color....I love to re-arrange furniture...and I would turn your couch towards the fireplace..and put the chair in the opposite corner...is that a long table against the wall...if so I would put it behind the couch to make a sofa table.....then you can enjoy the fire.
It's fun to mix it up once in awhile....

Thanks for your input Susie! We actually tried that arrangement, but the chair and a half doesn't fit in the corner. It just doesn't work, though I wish it did!! I would love to have the couch facing the fireplace. Maybe someday we can downsize our chair. It was pretty expensive, plus I went to great pains to make a slipcover for it, so for now it stays.
