The weather finally turned nice enough to enjoy being outside. We took a couple of spins out on the paddle boat. 
It is currently slow uploading pics, so I will continue with more in another post.

PS - I immediately responded to your NC email yesterday. Why aren't you getting emails - do you have an alternative address I could send to you? The basic message in my email was - why do you ask? Because what I say may change if you want to go there for vacation versus considering a move there!
