I want to change my blog layout and backgroud/banner. Does anyone know of any good tutorials, free background sites etc.... ? I was inspired as to the colors I'd like today recently and I'm ready for something new.

I completely understand your desire for a change. Must be this weather - if it won't get better, at least we can make improvements to our blogs?!
Traditionally, I've mastered my own blog headers. Though, for our wedding blog, I used pyzam.com (lots of free layouts there). And you will soon see a new blog layout over at SoMi, designed by a Chicago designer. Stay tuned!
